Shayla Sublette is the operations manager for Oklahoma. She joined Backyard Environmental in October of 2020. Ms. Sublette has worked for over twenty years in the transportation and oil and gas industry. Her extensive knowledge of heavy equipment, as well as background in farming, has helped her gain skills in soil farming, operating tank trucks, and managing drilling fluid disposals.  Ms. Sublette has a comprehensive knowledge of state and local regulations as they pertain to disposal facilities and utilizes this extensive knowledge in operating our facility.
