Backyard Environmental Approved Energy Waste Landfill Permit in Tarzan, Texas!

Backyard Environmental Solutions is thrilled to announce that the Railroad Commission of Texas has approved our permit for an RCRA-exempt energy waste landfill in Tarzan, Texas, located within the heart of the Midland Basin.

This new landfill will allow us to offer comprehensive and environmentally responsible waste management solutions to our customers in the Midland Basin.  The landfill will accept various non-hazardous solid waste streams for treatment, reclamation, and disposal, including drill cuttings, drilling muds, non-injectable fluids, contaminated soils, and other non-hazardous energy waste solids.

This expansion complements our existing infrastructure and positions Backyard Environmental as a one-stop shop for all your oilfield waste disposal needs, including our permitted commercial SWD facility which will be located on-site soon.

As a responsible neighbor, we are committed to developing this landfill with the highest environmental standards. Construction has begun, and we'll keep you updated on the grand opening timeline. Stay tuned!
